Urbadoc is a project of the Urbandata Association, which includes: Centro de Ciencias Humanas y Sociales, Madrid, Spain; Deutsches Institut für Urbanistik, Berlin, Germany; Association Urbamet, Paris, France (I.A.U., CRDALN); Archinet, Venezia, Italy (Università Iuav di Venezia, CNBA, CERVED).

The user interface was made by database producers and they also own the rights to the design of the interface and the texts used, as well as the database.
